Return Process

  Log into your Street Magic account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
